1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the fc78 Platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activity, you expressly consent to these Terms and Conditions and confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the fc78 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from fc78 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator in the Philippines. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure accuracy at all times.

fc78 reserves the right to verify your identity and other registration information at any time through documentation requests including but not limited to copies of government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fc78 account credentials including your username, password, and any security questions or authentication methods. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify fc78 Customer Support of any suspected unauthorized access to your account, security breach, or suspicious activity. fc78 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Account Use Restrictions

Your fc78 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. Allowing any other person to access or use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fc78 accounts are intended solely for personal recreational use and may not be used for commercial purposes or in connection with any professional gambling activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fc78 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI bank transfers, BDO bank transfers, UnionBank transfers, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 5. Betting Rules and Procedures

All bets placed on the fc78 Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions plus any specific rules applicable to individual sports, games, or betting markets. 5.2 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

5.3 Results and Settlement

fc78 uses official results from recognized sporting authorities and game providers to settle all bets. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, fc78's determination of the result shall be final and binding. Settlement of sports bets generally occurs within twenty-four (24) hours of event conclusion, though certain markets may be settled earlier or later depending on result availability.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fc78 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and must be read carefully before acceptance.

• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology from jurisdictions where fc78 services are prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

Violation of any prohibited activity provision will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

fc78 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for investigation of suspected Terms violations, compliance concerns, or security issues. During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds until the investigation is completed. You will be notified of the suspension reason unless such notification would compromise the investigation.

8.2 Termination

fc78 may terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, or for any other reason at fc78's sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be forfeited if the termination resulted from fraudulent activity or material Terms violations. For terminations not involving fraud, remaining balance may be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to fc78.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your fc78 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after completion of any pending wagering requirements and deduction of applicable fees. Voluntary closure does not release you from obligations arising from activities conducted prior to closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fc78 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not fc78 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fc78 is not responsible for losses resulting from: technical failures or malfunctions of the Platform; interrupted or unavailable network connections; unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account; errors in game software or results that are promptly corrected; events beyond fc78's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In no event shall fc78's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such jurisdictions, fc78's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the fc78 Platform shall first be submitted to fc78 Customer Support for resolution. You agree to attempt good faith resolution of all disputes through fc78's internal complaints procedure before pursuing external remedies.

If internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law (Republic Act No. 9285) and the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, with one arbitrator selected by mutual agreement or, failing agreement, appointed by PDRCI.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

fc78 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the fc78 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for changes. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform, email notification to your registered email address, or through notification upon login. If you do not agree with modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
